Factory Reset (Activity Tracker V-3)

To perform a Factory Reset on your Activity Tracker V-3, please follow these 3 steps. 


Note: 

A Factory reset will erase all your data and also reset your Bluetooth Connection. In order to avoid data loss, sync the Activity Tracker to your phone first. 


Step 1: Remove pairing

  • Follow this article to unpair the Activity Tracker from the app. Click here.


Step 2: Factory Reset

  • On the Activity Tracker enter the "Settings" menu. 
  • Go to "Factory Mode" and long press the touch button. 
  • A new menu will pop up "confirm to reset". Short press the touch button to toggle between the X or checkmark. Select the green checkmark and long press the touch button to confirm the reset. 
  • Your Activity Tracker will now factory reset.
