Missing or inaccurate sleep history (V3)

Modified on Mon, 16 Sep at 3:16 PM

Problem:

Sleep data is missing.

Solution 1:

Sleep data is shown on the Activity Tracker / Smart Watch, but not in the app, follow these steps:

  • Sync Activity Tracker / Smart Watch with the app.
    • On the "Status" page, touch and pull down the steps symbol (symbol looks like 2 feet).
    • You will see a brief sync symbol on top of the display.
    • Your sleep data should now be visible.

What can cause wrong sleep data:

  • Excessive movement during sleep. The Activity Tracker / Smart Watch could interpret this as "no sleep". Try wearing it on your non-dominant hand to avoid excessive movement.
  • If your device runs out of power before going to bed or runs out of power during sleep, no data will be collected.
  • Make sure the Activity Tracker / Smart Watch are paired and connected to each other.
  • Manually pull down the screen on the homepage to start syncing the data.

Solution 2:

There is no sleep data on the Activity Tracker / Smart Watch and no sleep data in the app. Follow these steps.

  • Wear the Activity Tracker / Smart Watch for 24 hours a day. If you only wear it during the night, no sleep data is recorded. To get your first sleep history, you must wear it for least 48 hours.
  • Sync Activity Tracker / Smart Watch with the app.
    • On the "Status" page, touch and pull down the steps symbol (symbol looks like 2 feet).
    • You will see a brief sync symbol on top of the display.
    • You sleep data should now be visible.

If this does not work, perform a Factory Reset on the Activity Tracker by following this article. This should only be used as a last resort: Factory Reset
