Problem: 

I can't remove the Wristband from the Activity Tracker. 


Solution:

Removing the wristband for the first time can be a little bit tricky as the band is very tight, but it will get easier over time. Here are some steps that will help make this process easier: 

  • Put the digital part of the tracker into your fist and hold it tight. 
  • With your other hand put your thumb where the tracker and band (band side that has the holes) meet and pull on the band in a slight angle. 
  • You will see a little gap opening between the digital tracker part and the band. 
  • Keep wiggling and pulling on the band until it comes off.
