Problem:
I can't remove the Wristband from the Activity Tracker.
Solution:
Removing the wristband for the first time can be a little bit tricky as the band is very tight, but it will get easier over time. Here are some steps that will help make this process easier:
- Put the digital part of the tracker into your fist and hold it tight.
- With your other hand put your thumb where the tracker and band (band side that has the holes) meet and pull on the band in a slight angle.
- You will see a little gap opening between the digital tracker part and the band.
- Keep wiggling and pulling on the band until it comes off.
