Weather synchronization not working (V3)

Problem: 

The weather information is not updated.


Solution: 

  • Make sure the app has permission to obtain location information
  • Ensure that the mobile phone network connection is normal, the Zewa-Fit Pro app obtains weather data every 4 hours. If your network environment is not good, it may not update the information. 
  • A closed indoor environment may fail to locate a GPS signal, so weather can't be updated. Please try to reconnect in an open area.
