Unpair Activity Tracker (V3)

To unpair your activity tracker, follow these steps in the App: 

  • Open the Zewa-Fit Pro App. 
  • Tap on the "Device" tab (bottom of your screen).
  • On the Device screen, scroll all the way to the bottom and tap on “Unbind”.  
  • Tap “accept” to unbind the device. 
  • Then open your phone's Bluetooth settings and check for "Zewa AT3" on the list of devices. If it says Zewa AT3 is "connected" or "paired", you'll need to Un-pair or Forget the device there as well. 
  • For Android users. Turn Bluetooth off on your phone for 10 seconds and turn it back on.
