How to detect an air leak (most error codes):

Modified on Wed, 10 Mar, 2021 at 11:53 AM

Problem:

Blood Pressure Monitor starts pumping, but does not fully inflate before showing an error code, like E01. A good indication for this issue is if the BP monitor starts pumping but the numbers on the display don't change or they get stuck at a certain number. Then it shows an error code.

Solution:

  1. Cuff is plugged into the AC adaptor hole instead of the Cuff connector hole. Cuffs are always plugged into the left side of the BP monitor, never in the back.
  2. The cuff is worn out and created a leak. Cuffs need to be replaced (www.zewa.com/offer)
  3. Cuff is unwrapped. Watch this video to re-wrap the cuff: https://youtu.be/YrDoCcxov48
