Problem:
Blood Pressure Monitor starts pumping, but does not fully inflate before showing an error code, like E01. A good indication for this issue is if the BP monitor starts pumping but the numbers on the display don't change or they get stuck at a certain number. Then it shows an error code.
Solution:
- Cuff is plugged into the AC adaptor hole instead of the Cuff connector hole. Cuffs are always plugged into the left side of the BP monitor, never in the back.
- The cuff is worn out and created a leak. Cuffs need to be replaced (www.zewa.com/offer)
