Problem: 

When trying to pair to an Android device, the "Start" pairing button in the app is not visible. 


Solution: 

1) User did not allow app to turn on "Location Setting" which is required for the app to function properly. Turn ON "Location" under the phones settings and also on the app level (settings-apps-myhealthconnected-permissions-location ->ON). 

2) If this did not fix the issue. Toggle OFF/ON "Location" switch under phone's settings (phone level location setting).
