Indicates that windows does not recognize that the BP monitor is connected. This is a windows driver problem. Contact Microsoft to resolve the connection problem.
You can try to restart the software first, but the problem will most likely continue until the connection problem is resolved.
You can also try the following. Shut down the BPM software, disconnect the USB cable from the BP monitor and disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Connect the USB cable to a DIFFERENT USB port, this will re-install a new Human Interface driver in Windows. Try the download again.
