This indicates that the software does not receive any data from the BP Monitor. This is caused by a bad connection between the BP monitor and the PC or a bad installation of the windows Human Interface driver. Follow these steps:
Disconnect the BP monitor from the computer and exit the BPM software. Restart the software and follow the proper download instructions in your quick start guide. If this does not resolve the problem, continue with the next step.
When you plug the USB cable into the BP monitor you should see "lines moving" on the display indicating that the BP monitor is now connected. If you don't see those lines or they are steady there is something wrong with your connection or windows drivers, contact Microsoft to resolve this problem.
If you see the lines "moving", but still get the error message, disconnect the BP monitor, exit the software and restart your computer. Try the download again.
If the problem persists there is a problem with the Windows Human Interface. Shut down the BPM software, disconnect the USB cable from the BP monitor and disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Connect the USB cable to a DIFFERENT USB port, this will re-install a new Human Interface driver in Windows. Try the download again.
